NZ Post delivery delays
We have been informed that due to significant increases in the number of parcels being sent around New Zealand and additional safety procedures in place for COVID-19, NZ Post is experiencing some delivery delays. Please allow an additional 5 working days after dispatch for delivery of your order.

Dear Beauties,

As per our Prime Minister’s announcement made on the 20th September 2021, Auckland will be lowering our alert level down to Alert Level 3 starting 12.00 AM 22nd September 2021.

Following our previous regulations, HIKOCO will be opening our offline stores as of the 22nd of September, allowing CONTACTLESS pick ups only. All orders should be made on our online website, as our online store will be running as usual - we recommend you to stay home as much as possible! Both stores opening from 12PM - 5PM during the lockdown.

Here’s a brief explanation for our CONTACTLESS pickup order collection procedure for all offline stores (Queen St & Newmarket) :
  1. All orders are made through our online store (www.hikoco.co.nz).
  2. If you wish to pick up your order from one of our stores, please select the “Pick Up In-Store” option of the store of your choice (Newmarket or Queen St), on the “Delivery” step.
  3. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive a notification email. Due to the high demand, this might take up to 1–3 days.
  4. When you arrive at our store, please knock on the door.
  5. You will be asked to show our staff your 6-digit order number through the window, and to step back a couple of steps.
  6. Our staff will then open the door and place your products in a paper bag in front of the doors so you can pick them up contactless.

Our online store will remain operating as usual, and we will do our best to keep our normal shipping time frame as we possibly can. ⁣⁣⁣
