HIKOCO Sales Assistant / Full Time / Newmarket

Tuesday - Saturday | 11am - 6pm
The Role:
You will be joining the HIKOCO Team as a full time sales assistant, working five days a week - Tuesday to Saturday. Don't worry if you're only a skincare-starter! We are looking for those who are eager to learn more about K-Beauty and is ready to deliver those information onto our customers. What we really need is a team-worker, with big smile and a positive attitude 😊
Core Responsibilities:
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
What We're Looking For:
- Passion in skincare, makeup, and the sales process
- A ready-to-learn attitude about products and further technical knowledge of skincare
- Customer service experience in beauty, retail, e-commerce is preferred
- Ability to explain complicated information in a way that is easy to understand
- Ability to team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
