Queen street / Newmarket, Auckland

Minimum 2 days a week, 11-6 PM

 

The Role:

You will be joining the HIKOCO Team as a part time sales assistant, working minimum 2 days a week - Monday ~ Sunday. Don't worry if you're only a skincare-starter! We are looking for those who are eager to learn more about K-Beauty and is ready to deliver those information onto our customers. What we really need is a team-worker, with big smile and a positive attitude :)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Actively seek out customers in store
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Handle returns of merchandise
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion in skincare, makeup, and the sales process
  • A ready-to-learn attitude about products and further technical knowledge of skincare 
  • Customer service experience in beauty, retail, ecommerce is preferred
  • Ability to explain complicated information in a way that is easy to understand
  • Ability to team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
