honestly this product confuses me a little. it comes out like a clear gel, goes onto your face super smoothly, but within a minute it feels like my face has dried out again on the surface. i imagine this might be good for people with oily skin because of this but the whole 'highly moisturising' thing definitely has not been my experience.
that being said, i love using this as almost like a salve to cool down my skin between using more active products like cleansers, toners, etc, but then putting an actual moisturiser on top, or at least a moisturising sunscreen.
picture that bottle of aloe vera gel your grandma had that she used whenever you got an insect bite or a scrape, and that's about this.
Okay I really like this moisturiser :) it does its job, feels great, doesnt clog, etc
Its just 50g for $23 hmm I'm going to try the Dokto Lab lotion which also has Hyaluronic acid.
I didn't like this moisturiser at first as you need very little to cover the whole face effectively, and I kept using too much. That meant I was often left with white residue, while my dry combo skin took a while to absorb it properly. However, after regular use, my skin got more hydrated and absorbed it quicker, leaving me with lovely soft, make up ready skin. I don't think it's heavy enough for night cream on my dry skin but works well during the day.
This is really good for combination skin/dry skin. It helps with flakiness and lessens the appearance of clogged pores. Highly recommend!
