Featuring Rose of Jericho, a desert plant known for its ability to retain moisture and revive with a single drop of water, this pad provides intense hydration while reinforcing the skin barrier.
If your skin feels dry or lacks elasticity, this collagen pad offers a multi-functional solution. With a Collagen and 6-Peptide Complex, the serum-soaked pads boost elasticity and visibly firm the skin for a more youthful appearance. Ceramides, Panthenol and Bifida Ferment Filtrate support skin barrier function, protecting the skin against moisture loss and external stressors. How to use: Open and use the tweezers to take out a serum-soaked pad and gently wipe the skin. The pads can also be split in half or as a mask pack for intensive hydration - apply the halves to any dry areas for 5-10 minutes. After use, twist the lid shut to prevent the pads from drying out.
Personal Review
As someone who deals with dry skin even in summer time, I’m always on the lookout for products that can offer deep hydration that is actually long lasting. When trying new things, I sometimes find that my skin feels moisturised upon application but even 30 minutes later my skin dries out.
I did not experience that with the Jericho Rose Collagen Pad Firming Touch! The moisture was extremely long lasting and balanced my overall skin moisture balance.
I was already a huge fan of Abib’s Jericho Rose Creme Nutrition Tube from the same line and my skin loved it but with the added Bifida, Ceramides, Peptides, and Collagen, I feel like the pads were a great match for me. My skin instantly felt more hydrated and glowy every time I used the pads.
The embossed side of the cotton pads were my favourite to use especially before makeup, physically wiping away excess dead skin while keeping my skin moisturised acted as a perfect base for makeup application. The pads are very thick, allowing for them to be split into two layers to use as a quick mask pack, perfect when your skin needs an extra boost.
Overall, out of all the toner pads I’ve used this was definitely my favourite, although the pads are soaked in a more serum-like liquid. I personally think these are a great solution to many skincare concerns making them a great option for most skin types! If you’re looking for a simple to use soothing, anti-aging, plumping, hydrating, and skin barrier repair skincare product, Jericho Rose Collagen Pad Firming Touch ticks all those boxes!
