All personal info, address, email, credit card and banking details MUST be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase expediently and correctly.
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Shipping and Postage
Your order will be delivered in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located. While we make our best efforts, we can not guarantee overnight delivery if there are delays with Courier Post. It may also take a little longer for addresses in rural areas. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel (Signature Required).
We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to your tracking page.
When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.
We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
All stock is located in our Auckland warehouse. All orders are bubble wrapped for protection.
NZ Signature Required
We no longer charge extra for Signature Required parcels and this is our preferred option to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.
Non-Signature parcels are sent at the buyers risk, so please make sure that your Courier has a safe place to leave your parcel if you will not be home to receive it. Neither Hikoco nor Courier Post are liable for parcels that have been stolen.
We use Courier Post couriers to deliver all our parcels. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact Courier Post directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more (New Zealand), $200 or more (to Australia)! To qualify, you'll need to reach $50 or $200 AFTER all discounts have been applied.

Points can not be earned on sale items. Points may not apply when some promo codes are used, please check with us before ordering if you’re unsure.

While points do not have an expiry date, we reserve the right to cancel the loyalty scheme at any time or adjust the value of points or the amount earned for each action.

As a Hikoco customer, you're entitled to the following:
- A full refund on new and unopened products within 7 days of receipt.
We may refuse to refund for an item where the item has been used or damaged and is no longer in an acceptable sellable condition.
Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what item(s) you want to return, and we'll get you taken care of.
Please note that return shipping charges are responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
To exchange a product (new and unopened) or an order, you'll need to mail in the item(s) for store credit. Once the return has been processed and credit issued, you can then use it to place a new order! For returns, please contact us at email@example.com.

In the unlikely event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed and refund the full amount of the price paid.
