There are four membership tiers based on how much you spend annually:

• Radiant Rookie (♥): Under $499.99 per year → Earn 1x points per dollar spent
• Glow Getter (♥♥): $500 - $1,999.99 per year → Earn 3x points per dollar spent
• Beauty Boss (♥♥♥): $2,000 - $3,999.99 per year → Earn 4x points per dollar spent
• HIKOCO VIB (♥♥♥♥): $4,000+  per year → Earn 5x points per dollar spent

The more you shop, the higher your tier and the more rewards you get! See your tier here!

• Your tier is based on your total spend within a calendar year.
• As soon as you hit the ‘amount spent’ requirement for the next tier, you automatically level up!
• Your tier remains valid for the rest of the calendar year and an additional 12 months.

Remember, to maintain your tier for the following year, you’ll need to meet the ‘amount spent’ requirement before the year ends.

You earn points for every purchase based on your tier. For example, as a Radiant Rookie, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent. If you’re a HIKOCO VIB, you’ll earn 5 points for every $1 spent.

Ensure you use the email you registered for K-Beauty Playground when purchasing, in-store and/or online.

Unfortunately, no – Koco points can only be earned for purchases made after joining K-Beauty Playground.

• Log in to K-Beauty Playground, head to ‘Ways to Earn’, and select ‘Celebrate a Birthday’ to enter your birthdate. Don’t forget to hit save!
• On your birthday, 500 Koco Points will be automatically added to your account - redeem them for a $5 OFF coupon.
• Remember, your birthdate needs to be added to your account at least 30 days before your birthday to redeem.

We’ll keep you in the loop with email notifications! When you level up or new rewards/discounts are available, we’ll send you an email. Be sure to check it out within the deadline, or you’ll miss out! ⏳

You’ll receive email notifications about Exclusive Deals, ‘See it First’ product sneak peeks, and Golden Hour Giveaways. Be sure to act fast—some of these offers are time-sensitive!

If you can’t find the email, confirm you’re subscribed to K-Beauty Playground newsletters via the steps listed here. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folders too!

Unfortunately, if you don’t claim your Trial Box or any other time-sensitive reward within the given deadline (usually 1 week/month), it will be forfeited. So make sure to grab your rewards before the clock runs out! ⏰

• Tier-earned rewards: Expire 6 months after you’ve reached your tier.
• Discount rewards: Cannot be used on sale items or gift card purchases.

Unfortunately, no – Koco points earned by a registered HIKOCO member may only be used with their corresponding account. Koco points cannot be transferred to nor combined with points earned on a separate account.
