Shipping and Postage

Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your shipping address. While we do our best, overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed if there are delays with NZ Post. Deliveries to rural areas may also take slightly longer.


Order Confirmation 

After your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You'll be emailed a tracking link once your parcel has dispatched our warehouse.

We highly recommend that your delivery address has someone to sign for your parcel (Signature Required) during weekdays, between 9AM and 5PM.


Order Processing

We will process your order during standard business hours as quickly as possible. Please note that estimated delivery times apply only to business hours and do not include order processing time.


Eco-Friendly Packaging

As part of our commitment to the environment, all orders are shipped with eco-friendly materials - paper wrapping, recycled plastic satchels, or paper boxes, at no additional cost.


NZPOST Delivery

We are partnered with NZ Post to deliver all our parcels. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact NZ Post directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched - all inventory is located in our Auckland warehouse.

Please note that we are not responsible for any charges or delays that may occur on the recipient’s end, as these can vary depending on local customs regulations.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking will be facilitated through NZ Post - this ensures that you can follow your parcel's journey accurately after it leaves our warehouse.

We're delighted to provide free shipping for New Zealand orders over $50! To take advantage of this, please ensure your total meets or exceeds $50 after all discounts are applied.

Signature Required

If you prefer not to have your parcel left unattended after delivery, please opt for the 'Signature Required' option, particularly for high-value items.

Please be aware that non-signature parcels are sent at the buyer's own risk. If you won't be available to receive the parcel, please ensure that your courier is provided with a secure location to leave it.

Unfortunately, HIKOCO and NZ Post cannot provide refunds or replacements for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property.

To be eligible for assistance, you must contact us within 21 days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.


Evening Express Delivery [NZ Post Express Tonight]

For residents of Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, or Christchurch, HIKOCO offers convenient same-day delivery, between 6PM and 9PM on the day it’s dispatched.

For same-day delivery, orders MUST be placed before the cut-off time:

Orders placed after these cutoff times, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day, with delivery expected in the evening.

Please note, HIKOCO does not offer shipping fee refunds for orders placed after the cutoff time.

  • Evening Express Delivery is not available to business addresses or PO Box/Parcel Collect addresses due to their closed hours from 6pm to 9pm.
  • Shipping address changes are not eligible for refunds.
  • Delays may occur if any items in your order are out of stock at our warehouse.
