Shipping and Postage

Your order will be delivered in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located. While we make our best efforts, we can not guarantee overnight delivery if there are delays with NZ Post. It may also take a little longer for addresses in rural areas. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel (Signature Required).

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to your tracking page.

When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.

We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

We are partnered with NZ Post to deliver all our parcels. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact NZ Post directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.

All stock is located in our Auckland warehouse.

Free Shipping

We're delighted to provide free standard shipping for all orders over $50 in New Zealand and $75 AUD for Australia! To take advantage of this offer, ensure your total meets or exceeds $50 or $75 AUD after all discounts are applied.

Should the free shipping option not appear while your order qualifies, consider refreshing your browser's cookies or restarting the browser. This may help reveal the free shipping choice.


Signature Required

If you prefer not to have your parcel left unattended after delivery, please opt for the 'Signature Required' option, particularly for high-value items.

Please be aware that non-signature parcels are sent at the buyer's own risk. If you won't be available to receive the parcel, please ensure that your courier is provided with a secure location to leave it.

Unfortunately, neither HIKOCO nor NZ Post can offer refunds or replacements for items that have been lost, damaged, or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property. It's crucial to emphasise that you must contact us within 21 days to initiate a claim. After this time period, we and NZ Post will be unable to assist.


Evening Express Delivery [NZ Post Express Tonight]

For residents of Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, or Christchurch, HIKOCO offers the convenience of delivering in-stock products directly to you between 6pm and 9pm on the same day your order is dispatched.

Order on a Business Day Before the Cutoff Time for Same-Day Arrival:

Orders placed after these cutoff times, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day, with delivery expected in the evening.

Please note, HIKOCO does not offer shipping fee refunds for orders placed after the cutoff time.

  • Evening Express Delivery is not available to business addresses or PO Box/Parcel Collect addresses due to their closed status from 6pm to 9pm.
  • Shipping address changes are not eligible for refunds.
  • Delays may occur if any items in your order are out of stock at our warehouse.

International Shipping 

HIKOCO now offers shipping services to both New Zealand and Australia. For customers in Australia, we aim to deliver your orders within 3-5 business days, although the exact timing may vary based on your specific location. Please note that deliveries to rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Tracking Your Order
For those ordering from Australia, tracking will be facilitated through the Australian Post tracking system, not the local NZ tracking services. This ensures that you can follow your parcel's journey accurately after it leaves our warehouse.
