Shipping and Postage
HIKOCO has partnered with DHL to offer fast shipping within Australia! We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 business days, although the exact timing may vary based on your address.
Please note that deliveries to rural addresses may experience slightly longer timeframes.
Order Confirmation
After your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You'll be emailed a tracking link once your parcel has dispatched our warehouse.
During checkout, please provide a physical address where someone will be present to receive your order during weekdays, between 9AM and 5PM.
Order Processing
We will process your order during standard business hours as quickly as possible. Please note that estimated delivery times apply only to business hours and do not include order processing time.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
As part of our commitment to the environment, all orders are shipped with eco-friendly materials - paper wrapping, recycled plastic satchels, or paper boxes, at no additional cost.

DHL Delivery
For any shipping inquiries, please contact DHL directly, as they can best assist you with detailed information and support once your parcel has left our warehouse.
Please note that we are not responsible for any charges or delays that may occur on the recipient’s end, as these can vary depending on local customs regulations.

Tracking will be facilitated through DHL - this ensures that you can follow your parcel's journey accurately after it leaves our warehouse.
Enquiry Timeframe for Loss/Damaged Parcels
While DHL strives to deliver your parcels safely, we understand that, in rare cases, packages may be lost or damaged.
DHL takes full responsibility for your shipment from the moment it is handed over to their courier. To submit a claim, please do so within 30 days of DHL accepting the order; only claims submitted within this timeframe can be considered valid.
