HI-REVIEW: Huxley Cleansing Routine #2
“Great things never came from comfort zones” - Aldous Huxley
Hope everyone checked out the first step of my Huxley Cleansing routine, Cleansing Water; Be Clean, Be Moist! (If not, follow the link!)
After gently cleaning out your face with Huxley's cleansing water, you might wanna go deep cleansing with your lip and eye makeup. Here's something for it and my personal impressions of this HUXLEY Cleansing Oil; Deep Clean, Deep Moist
CLEANSING OIL; DEEP CLEAN, DEEP MOIST
A lightweight cleansing oil that gently removes makeup and impurities. Formulated with antioxidant-rich Prickly Pear Seed Oil, this cleansing oil leaves skin refreshingly clean, hydrated, bright and silky smooth without heavy residue.
It provides a softening and antioxidant effect to the skin, it also aids in calming and rectifying sensitive skin while maintaining water and oil balance after cleansing.
KEY INGREDIENTS: Prickly pear seed oil, Cactus extract, Annatto oil complex, Calendula flower, Sea Buckthorn pulp oil
OPINION: The Huxley cleansing oil comes in a slim and sleek bottle which makes it easy to hold and dispense the product. Just like all the other Huxley products I’ve tried, the cleansing oil has a subtle and pleasant floral scent that is soothing and calming.
The texture doesn’t feel like your usual cleansing oil, it is quite light and feels quite watery so I usually use 2 pumps but I feel like even just 1 is enough sometimes, It feels very velvet-like and soothing when applied. 🥰
It takes off makeup quite easily and even stubborn waterproof mascara and my liquid lipsticks. I was very impressed by this cleansing oil for I find it quite therapeutic massaging it on my face.
At first i didn’t think it was as amazing as people said it was because I didn’t give enough time to fully massage my skin with an cleansing oil but once I did.. I fell in love. It ISN'T DRYING AT ALL! My face feels more cleansed, moisturised and also quite supple. 👏🏻
