I’m always on the hunt for products that hydrate deeply but also help with dullness and uneven skin tone, without triggering a reaction, and I think I’ve found my perfect match!

I have dry and sensitive skin that flares up with the wrong ingredients - think tightness, redness, and patchiness. This toner aims to hydrate deeply, while also targeting dark spots, and I was excited to try a product that achieves this without triggering with my dry and sensitive skin!
Rice Seed Water (72.49%) – super gentle and hydrating, it instantly calms my skin.
Tranexamic Acid & Niacinamide – both known for their brightening effects by targeting pigmentation and dullness. Here, they feel really balanced and non-aggressive, no irritation whatsoever!
Squalane & Macadamia Oil – these give subtle nourishment that my dry skin just drinks up.
Sodium Hyaluronate – a hydration hero that helps lock in moisture - a must-have for flaky or tight skin.

How to use: Apply after cleansing your face and before applying serums or moisturisers. Shake the bottle well, then apply the Mela-Pro Rice & TXA Toner to your face and neck using a cotton pad or your hands.
Personal Review
I was a bit nervous to try this toner because of the words “brightening” and “exfoliating.” In the past, similar products left my skin feeling stripped or tingly, and not in a good way! But the Nineless Mela-Pro Rice & TXA Toner surprised me right away.
It has a light, milky texture that feels incredibly soothing on the skin. No stinging, no burning - just calm hydration. It sinks in quickly and leaves a comfortable, nourished finish.
The first thing I noticed was how instantly my skin felt soft and hydrated. I applied it with a cotton pad the first time, but after using it for a few weeks, I now pour a few drops into my hands and pat it in gently.
After 3 weeks of consistent use (twice a day), my skin is visibly calmer and more even-toned. Some old acne marks have faded slightly, and the usual redness around my nose and cheeks is much less noticeable.
The biggest change though? My skin feels healthy. It’s less reactive, less dry, and I wake up without that “tight” feeling in the morning. This toner has become one of those products I look forward to using – it feels like such a treat!
If you have dry or sensitive skin and want a toner that hydrates, soothes, and helps even out your skin tone without any irritation, this is a gem. I wasn’t expecting to love it this much, but it’s become a staple in my routine.
