Cleanse your face and pat it dry. Apply toner using a cotton pad or your hands.

Excellent toner for sensitive skin without drying the skin
I was lucky enough to get this toner for $9 during cloud nine week. I had heard good things however the name of the toner put me off buying it earlier, it made me think of chlorine water. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. It is the most luxurious thick silky texture and since using it my skin has been incredibly calm, soft and hydrated. I’m very impressed with it and would highly recommend!
My skin's got more reactive recently and a lot of toners, even those meant for sensitive skin, are too harsh for it. This is unscented, doesn't sting and keeps my oily but dehydrated skin in check without drying it out. The bottle is a good size and I'll probably repurchase when it eventually runs out.
