Starting the month strong, AUT is hosting a free live Pastry Chef showdown between New Zealand’s best Pastry Chefs. Let’s see them battle it out to claim 2024’s ‘Pastry Chef of the Year’ title!

On August 14, Oonagh Browne calls all chocoholics to a chocolate tour promoting sustainable cocoa production in the Pacific. The ticketed event sheds light on fair cocoa production for Pasifika growers and communities. Come along and discover the delicious world of ethical chocolate making 🍫

The Gala Dinner's ticket sales will go towards study opportunities within the Pacific and student food-related research. Delicious dinner for an incredible cause 🙌🏻
