Essentially, there are 80 โBlack Spoonโ chefs that are still unknown by the majority of Koreans, thus they go by their self-named nicknames. The other 20 chefs? Theyโre โWhite Spoonโ chefs who have won countless competitions, become judges, and some with a Michelin star under their belt.
