Strawberry matcha just seems to be the it-girl of 'morning coffees' these days, always looking pretty on our feed, and of course, delicious too! If youโ€™re anything like me, youโ€™re probably looking for excuses to have matcha in every meal. So meet the levelled up version of our favourite sweet-treat drink ๐Ÿ˜‹

Strawberry Matcha Overnight Oats

Prep Time

5 min

Servings

1 person

Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 40g rolled oats

  • 120ml milk of choice

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp sweetener/sugar of choice

  • ยผ tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 chopped strawberries

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a container, add all ingredients except for strawberries and mix thoroughly until combined.

If you wish to add protein powder, I recommend 1 scoop of protein powder, and 180ml of milk to thin the mixture out.

Step 2

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight. The longer the mixture sits, the thicker the oats will be so feel free to add milk accordingly <3

Step 3

Before serving, give oat mixture a stir, add strawberries, and any other toppings of your choice.
