HI-REVIEW: I'm From Honey Mask

by Lauren Harrison

Hello Beauties~

Today I will be reviewing one of my absolute favourite products that, for me, was a Quarantine favourite and will also be great for all seasons!

The product I’ll be talking about today is the I’m From Honey Mask! This Mask is great for Hydration, Moisture, Pore Tightening and Brightening, and spoiler alert, it really does what it claims to do! This mask is a favourite of mine for a reason!

I’m From is my favourite brand that we sell at HIKOCO. All of the products that I have tried from this brand have never failed to impress me. The price point of the brand is a bit on the high side but I can promise you that it is worth every dollar. I’m From is a Natural Ingredient based brand which is also cruelty-free and is also  Alcohol, Parabens, Silicones and Artificial Colouring free.

      Personal Thoughts

I am someone who doesn’t really enjoy using sheet masks all that much so I have always been on the lookout to find a very good wash off mask. And this mask did NOT disappoint. I have been using this mask since early 2019 and I can tell you that I will not be changing masks anytime soon. After using this mask my skin feels incredibly moisturized and hydrated. I have also noticed that my pores do shrink after using this mask as well which is amazing! When it comes to brightening, I do think that straight after using the mask my skin does indeed look a bit brighter, but my skin does look a little dull after a while.

I think that this mask is GREAT for ALL skin types. However, the best skin types that this mask suits is Dry or Dehydrated Oily Skin! The reason for this is because of the moisturizing and hydrating properties of this mask but if you are someone with oily skin I do recommend still giving this mask a shot as everyone who I have recommended this mask to have always come back to say that they have loved it.

Honey also has anti-oxisidising effects, which means it's great for acne! My colleague who recently had an acne breakout settled on this mask straight away. Apparently after an hour of wearing this mask the night before, her tiny pimples and bumps had gone away. She also told me that Korean celebrities use this as an "emergency-mask" when they have an upcoming shooting day, to calm their skin & get rid of bumpy acne.

If you are allergic to bees or honey then I definitely do not recommend this mask for you! But if you did want to try it, then always spot test before using it!
