HI-REVIEW: Purito Deep Sea Pure Water Cream

Today we’ll be talking about the Purito Deep Sea Pure Water Cream! Purito is really well-known for their Centella serums in particular, but their products are always full of highly effective, superstar ingredients including this cream! Keep reading for more details on this product 😊

The main theme of this product is that the cream is infused with natural marine ingredients, almost containing 60% deep ocean water to moisturise and hydrate the skin. As usual with most trending Korean skincare, this product contains no alcohol, fragrance or essential oils! Great for those who are sensitive to these ingredients 

The texture of this cream is nothing extraordinary or strange. It feels and looks like what you would expect a ‘water cream’ to be. It feels relatively lightweight on the skin, however when applied - does not absorb completely into the skin, leaving the skin feeling well hydrated. It isn’t oily at all, however does leave a slight finish on the skin, not obvious at all ☺️

As I said before, Purito products usually are a treasure chest full of amazing ingredients. Typical ingredients such as Glycerin and Sodium Hyaluronate are used in moisturizing products to help retain skin moisture and adequately hydrate. There is also 2% Niacinamide, which is my personal favourite, which is considered a brightening, anti-ageing and barrier protecting ingredient! Panthenol and Allantoin which are soothing and wound healing ingredients as well. 

Personal Opinion

The Purito Deep Sea Pure Water Cream is a great daily moisturizer for most people! During the 3-4 weeks that I have used this product, I was able to continuously only use this cream without any irritation even when I was breaking out badly! It’s a great cream for those who want to begin incorporating effective ingredients in one single product.  However, I will say that if you have super super dry skin, you would need to layer other products on top of this cream as it isn’t the most occlusive. 

Overall, I would recommend this product for most people, those with sensitive, combination, oily and even dry skin! It is particularly great for those who are looking for one cream to do it all, not looking to have an entire 8-step skincare routine 😂
