HI-REVIEW: Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Cleansing Milk

As the #1 best-selling clean skincare brand in Korea, I was really excited to test Round Lab's 1025 Dokdo Cleansing Milk. I recently incorporated this into my daily skincare routine, and I must say, it's been a welcome addition!

How to use: Before washing your face, pump 2-3 times onto dry hands and gently roll over the skin. Add a little water and massage, then rinse thoroughly with water.

This Cleansing Milk is full of hydrating goodness. Formulated with Ulleungdo Deep Sea Water, extracted 5000 ft deep off the coast of the East Sea, it's incredibly rich with natural minerals which help aid with anti-aging, increased circulation and rejuvenation of skin cells - all a big tick from me!

This cleanser also includes five types of ceramides to maintain your skin's natural moisture levels. Ceramides are also vital for strengthening your protective skin moisture barrier. Paired with hyaluronic acid, which attracts and retains moisture, this powerful duo not only hydrates the skin, but provides long-lasting suppleness. Another bonus is the a special formulation with a low-pH design, making this cleanser perfect for sensitive skin.

Personal Review

I've struggled to find a cleanser that effectively cleanses my skin without causing irritation and dryness, but the Roundlab 1025 Dokdo Cleansing Milk works like a dream. The texture of this cleansing milk is luxurious and creamy. I was anticipating more of a liquid formulation but the consistency is just right – not too thick and not too runny, ensuring easy application and thorough coverage. After massaging the product into my skin, I found adding a little water to emulsify the milk allowed me to really work the product in. 

What sets this cleansing milk apart is its ability to cleanse thoroughly without stripping the skin of its natural moisture. It removed makeup, dirt, and impurities, leaving my skin feeling clean and refreshed. The gentle formula is perfect for daily use and doesn't cause any redness or irritation.

I am a fan of the double cleanse at the end of the day to leave me with the cleanest skin possible, so this was a great product to do that with. Usually my skin would feel tight and dry but with the 1025 Dokdo Cleansing Milk it felt super soft and hydrated.

One of the standout features of this cleansing milk is its hydrating properties. Unlike some cleansers that leave the skin feeling tight and dry, this product actually adds a boost of hydration. My skin feels soft and supple after each use, and I've noticed a significant improvement in its overall moisture balance.
