It was all about whipping up coffee mix to get that fluffy, cafe-quality goodness right at home; exactly what we needed during the times of lockdown. Well, guess what? We’re taking it up a notch with even more amazing coffee mix creations to keep that magic brewing!  ☕️😄

But before we get straight into the recipes, let me tell you a bit about the history of instant coffee mix in Korea. Did you know that Korea is the largest consumer of instant coffee? You won't believe how simple this is, and I can't believe I didn't try it sooner! 🤯 It’s perfect for those scorching hot days! Simply cut open the sachet, fill with warm water (or milk, if you like) and mix well. Put the sticks into a cup to prevent spillage, to the freezer it goes and you’re done! You don’t need anything else but just a stick of coffee mix and water (or milk) and you have yourself a refreshing ice block!

Coffee Pudding

Take that jiggly delight to the next level with a burst of coffee goodness! 🍮 Mix 1 egg and 2 spoons of sugar together. Then add your coffee mix and 150ml milk to the egg mixture and mix again. Pop it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes in 20-second intervals! Once it cools down to room temperature, place in the refrigerator to chill completely. Just mix, microwave, chill, and you can enjoy a smooth and yummy dessert!

Making bread always scares me because it seems so hard having once failed failed before 🥲But seeing this coffee bread recipe, it’s so easy I don’t think anyone can screw this up. First, dissolve 1 coffee mix in 100ml hot water. Then, combine with 1 cup pancake mix, 20ml milk, and 1 egg and mix well. Line paper cup(s) with cooking oil, then fill the cup halfway with the mixture. Microwave for 2 minutes and it’s done! In just 2 minutes, you have yourself a bouncy coffee bread 😮

Coffee and bread are a match made in heaven! With this recipe, you can whip up a quick and simple jam that's perfect to spread on a yummy slice of bread for a snack or even a meal! Tired of the usual fruit jams? Give this coffee-infused goodness a shot! It's got that amazing coffee aroma and a smooth, creamy texture that's just delightful. Get ready to take your bread game to a whole new level! 🍞😋 In a 2:1:1 ratio, add milk, fresh cream and sugar to a pan. Add 2 coffee mix sticks and a pinch of salt! Boil at low heat until thick. Once it becomes a jam consistency, turn off the heat and store in a jar, ready to eat.

Bread pudding is like a warm hug on cold days. And this one has a kick of coffee-goodness to it! 🥰 When you have stale bread, cut it up into small cubes and put in a heat-resistant dish. Then heat up 1 cup milk and dissolve 2 spoons of sugar and 2 coffee mixes into it. Combine this with 3 spoons melted butter, 1 egg, then pour the mixture into the dish. Let the bread soak it all up before baking it at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. A taste of this, and you’ll want to make this again even when your bread isn’t stale!
