AC Collection Ultimate Spot Cream is a spot cream with a mild ingredient that helps strong sebum adsorption. It gives a fast and powerful soothing effect to skin troubles.
This cream is a power spot treatment for day and night use. Apply a thin layer over troubled areas for daytime use and a thicker layer at night for more intensive care overnight. Formulated with Zinc Oxide and Calamine, this treatment has strong sebum absorption abilities. Aloe Vera Leaf Water and the COSRX CentellAC-RX Complex replenish hydration to troubled areas as well as strengthen your skin barrier. All these key ingredients have soothing and healing properties which effectively eliminate acne breakouts faster in addition to accelerating skin cell renewal.
KEY INGREDIENTS
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf (Aloe Vera) Water – delivers moisture that is absorbed by skin 4x quicker than water. Most commonly used for soothing irritations, sunburns, and inflammations and relieving redness.
CentellAC-RX (Asiatic Acid, Asiaticoside, Madecassic Acid) – derived from the Centella Asiatica plant. They promote skin healing, soothe inflammations and reinforce the skin barrier.
Zinc Oxide – a mineral that has natural astringent properties. It is soothing, reduces acne, and calms inflammations. Commonly used in sun creams due to its ability to form a protective barrier against UVA and UVB rays.
Calamine – is composed of zinc compounds, therefore it will also aid in the healing of acne. This ingredient is very soothing and promotes skin cell regeneration. It treats itching and irritations including sunburns, eczema, and other skin conditions.
COSRX AC COLLECTION
This new skincare collection created by COSRX is specifically for those who have acne-prone, sensitive skin. Each product in this line contains the CentellAC-RX prescription; composed of three ingredients derived from Centella Asiatica Extract. This formula delivers moisture, heals blemishes, and strengthens the skin barrier. This collection is effective in healing acne as proven by clinical testing.

Has work wonders on my daughter's acne prone skin first product to do so after trying a number of products. Love it!

It works alongside moisteriser and pimple patches but if you have spots persisting so only using it alone it dries them up and only works to calm it down and reduce it size to a point it makes your skin dry and peel a tiny bit if overused so get it but pair it with other treatments that are less invasive
Make skin dry doesn’t get rid of the redness it just makes like a red scab and is still the pimple underneath with a big thick scab over top of all of them. So it causes scarring but I guess it’s only good to use on a pimple that’s already formed a white head rather than on a pimple that’s only just forming.
