- After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently wipe across the face avoiding the eye and mouth area.
- Gently pat the entire face for better absorption.

I started using this with a couple of other COSRX products and I broke out a little and it made my skin dry at first but my skin has adjusted now.
I have noticed any huge improvement, won't be repurchasing.
