Dual-Layer Refreshing Formula
Designed with a moisture layer for hydration and a powder layer to absorb excess oil, it balances the skin by delivering hydration while controlling sebum. This fresh, non-greasy finish makes it suitable for acne-prone or easily congested skin.
Adaptable Daily Toner
Perfect for use across all four seasons, it provides a balance between nourishment and refreshment. Combining the rich hydration of Ginseng Essence Water with the light clarity of Green Plum Refreshing Toner, it supports a radiant, healthy complexion year-round.
- Skin Prep for Glass Skin: Soak cotton pads with Rice Milk and place them on your face for 5 minutes. Remove the pads and gently pat to aid absorption.
- Sebum Control: Pour a generous amount of Rice Milk onto a cotton pad and gently swipe across your face from the centre outward. Finish with another layer and move onto your next skincare routine.

Most excellent milky toner to soak cotton pads and leave on like a mask
So calming and replenishes the skin, non irritating, couldn't recommend it more.
So nice, keeps my skin glowing throughout the day and hydrated. good for my oily skin after i cleanse.
