Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad or directly onto your palm, then gently pat it into your skin until fully absorbed

This toner works quite well, however, it is quite oily for a while, despite the amount I use. I think it may not be for me. However, this toner has removed some texture from my skin and keeps it moisturised. I recommend using this before sleep.
This is very amazing product for the tone skin l love it.
