- Cleanse the Targeted Area: Cleanse the troubled area thoroughly and wait until the skin dries.
- Remove Patch: Peel the patch from the film along the cut line.
- Apply Patch: Apply the patch onto the troubled area.
- Removal: After 8 to 12 hours, or when the patch turns white from absorbing pus, remove the patch by peeling from the edge.

Got them as a freebie for subscribing and honestly did a good job, barely noticeable, can put product on top without taking it away and works overnight. Only problem is that they are a bit small but other than that all good.
