I've been taking these everyday ( morning ) for the last 2 months and love how much more energy i have throughout the day and how plump my skin is looking! I am 24 yrs old turning 25 next week ( March 7th ) and am preparing my body with extra love as my collagen cells will slow down with reproduction ! I also take other supplements i.e pills, sea moss and moodi’s ( powder for drinks )
I would definitely recommend this product to whom i believe this product would make a good outcome on their health! Personally the flavour isn’t the lost pleasant for myself so i like to chew it then swallow with water !
After having one of these per day. I get hungry really really hungry I don’t know why. If I don’t have this my appetite is normal.
I hate drinking collage powder; it tastes horrid. But this is a great alternative. It only tastes like a less sweet version of jelly.
