Apply an appropriate amount to wet hair and work into a lather.
Gently massage into the hair and scalp, then rinse thoroughly.

In my experience, it irritated my scalp and made my scalp produce more oil than normal! I used it for about 3 weeks and I couldn't finish it :'(

I am enjoying this shampoo and conditioner. It is very cleansing on my scalp, however it does make my hair very dry and I am needing to use a leave-in conditioner on my mid length/ ends
