I just wanted to try out a different texture, just out of curiosity. My skin eats moisturiser and many don't provide moisture for more than a couple of hours. This one does an extremely good job and held up for multiple hours in the office in air con. It now lives in my bag for top ups.
I use it at the end of my evening routine and when I woke up the next day, my skin feels so smooth and hydrated. I totally love this.
Was wanting to try a lighter gel like moisturizer for summer since I'm a combination skin but also over 50. It definitely does moisturise my skin without my face looking oily over the day. I see a light sheen on my cheeks but I wouldn't call it a 'glow' but that could be because it may suit younger skin more. Would I buy again? If I can't find another gel product to try then yes.
I wouldn't call this a gel cream, it is pure gel. Like an aloe vera almost. It soaks in well, layers under makeup nicely and hydrates the skin. I have oily dehydrated skin so it is hard to find a moisturiser that works. This is a simple moisturiser but it does its job. The scent is mild so I do not find it irritating.
I keep this in the fridge and use it every morning and whenever I need to feel refreshed. Smells incredible lovely gel texture
