Not a fan of this one. I have used it a few times without makeup on, so I can see how it might feel on top of makeup. It was sticky and dried my under eyes out. Im not sure if I used it incorrectly but so far I really dont like this one. I really wanted to, as I love the moisturizer on the same line but this one is not for me.
