How to use facial massage roller
Use the large size roller for large areas such as cheeks and neck, and the small size roller for local curved areas around the eyes and nose.
How to use Gua-sha
Gently glide the double notched edge (2) on the jawline, cheeks and eyebrow. Use long edge of the Gua-sha (3) under the eyes and lower edge (1) on the neck, forehead and nose.
Put the rollers in the freezer. If you use it after freezer in has a better effect.
