- Cleanse the Targeted Area: Cleanse the troubled area thoroughly and wait until the skin dries.
- Remove Patch: Peel the patch from the film along the cut line.
- Apply Patch: Apply the patch onto the troubled area.
- Removal: After 8 to 12 hours, or when the patch turns white from absorbing pus, remove the patch by peeling from the edge.

The patches are good at protecting fresh pimples, but not much else. Doesn't suck the stuff out or anything...
At first I thought 48 patches was worth it for $9 but I was quickly proved wrong. It barely helps with pimples. I think Mighty Patches work better.
