As a face mask
Soak a cotton pad with the toner and gently apply it to targeted areas, leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes or until fully absorbed into your skin.

Bought this to try since my holy grail COSRX Centella toner was sold out! This does a pretty good job too at soothing my dry/red eczematous patches, and does not make my broken skin areas sting. Texture is a little thicker (so depends on your preference whether this is a pro/con),
I hadn't had the best of luck with toners before I tried this - they made my skin feel weird and sticky or made me break out.
Still, I wanted to find something that would help me hydrate and soothe so I could be a little more adventurous with serums, and I'm soo glad I tried this! You'll probably get more potent soothing results from the serum but I still saw some really nice hydrating + soothing benefits from this one.
I also really really love that it's like a thick water texture, so you can just use your hands to apply it - but it's not sticky at all! I use it on a damp face first thing after cleansing and it makes my skin super happy :)
