Our biggest sale of the year has finally launched 🚀
But there are a number of terms & conditions that we would like you to keep in mind.
During the sale period,
- 'In Store Pick Up' & 'Product Reservation' services will not be available.
- HIKOCO loyalty points, 'KOCO Points', cannot be accumulated nor will they be available to redeem.
- Complimentary samples will not be made available.
- Other promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction to the discounted price.
Additionally, for the products that were purchased during the sale period,
- Returns will not be accepted (i.e. change of mind) unless product is faulty.
- Exchanges will not be accepted (i.e. change of mind) unless product is faulty.
