Refreshing Cooling Scalp Care
Provides an instant cooling sensation to refresh and soothe the scalp. The lightweight spray absorbs easily without heaviness, leaving a clean finish with a fresh apple citrus scent.
After cleansing, apply the tonic to a slightly damp or towel-dried scalp.
