Gentle Keratin Care
With HATCHING EX-07 sourced from Gangwon-do, it softly removes dead skin cells and impurities within pores, leaving skin smoother and clearer without irritation.
Soothing & Fresh Finish
Blended with Panthenol, Allantoin, and Betaine, it calms sensitivity and protects against environmental stressors. Its light water-type texture absorbs quickly, keeping skin comfortable, balanced, and hydrated.
After cleansing, soak the product in a cotton pad, gently wipe the skin along with the texture of the skin.

Still not too sure what a toner does but since using it I have had less pimples and the ones that show up a small and go away quickly.
So hydrating!!
I have struggled with all types of acne for years, and I could never get rid of it. I got this toner as a gift for christmas a few days ago and I have already seen a huge difference in my skin. I have better skin texture, faded acne and glowier skin!
