Great colour but strange wear

I love the colour and tint of this, but it does wear off in a strange way. It almost forms little chunks on the inside of my lips that I end up having to scrub off? Hard to explain but doesn’t look amazing! It does leave a tint underneath despite this, so I’d recommend doing a good exfoliation before wear and check a bit more frequently what it’s looking like during the day.
