77.78% Rice Extract From Yeoju, S. Korea
This toner is made with 77.78% Rice Extract effective in whitening and elasticity care. The product forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, eliminate dead skin cells and provide luster and moisturization to rebalance dry and tired skin.
How to use
- Before use, shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers.
- After cleansing, dispense on a cotton pad and wipe off or press onto dry areas.

Rice Toner
I've only used this a few times within one week. I love the fact this toner is unscented and helps control my oily t-zone.
Only been a week so I can’t speak on how good this product is. So far I think it’s nice, unfortunately my skin barrier is a bit damaged due to dry patches and my eczema flaring. It does sting a little on dry skin/peeling skin, but I haven’t had a major reaction to it so I’ll probably keep using it to see results
I love this toner— have used for the last 2 years, if not longer. So hydrating, soothing and brightening
I love this toner so much. Its really hydrating and smoothing. I use it twice a day and have some in a spray bottle for ontop of my bb cream. Will always purchase it
