STRONG SKIN BARRIER MAKER
Consisting of only seven premium ingredients, Pyunkang Yul Balancing Gel is an anti-aging, skin-barrier builder that hydrates and regenerates skin cells for a healthy complexion.
Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract, a powerful anti-aging ingredient, makes up over 90% of this innovative formula. The honey-like consistency grabs onto the surface of skin then melts in for a smooth, strong and bouncy texture.
How to use
Take a small amount and dot onto forehead, nose, cheeks and chin. Rub your palms together to warm your hands first, then spread gel onto entire face. Gently tap and press until gel is fully absorbed.
Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract, Polysorbate 80, PEG-150 Distearate, 1,2-Hexanediol, Polysorbate 20, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Glyceryl Caprylate
I had suffered from dehydrated skin largely due to using a wrong type of cleansing oil for my face, as a result I had dull, flaking skin with horrible breakouts.
After some research online, I thought I had to try the Pyunkang Yul Balancing Gel. This product, along with a few hydrating skincare helped restore the hydration my skin needed. I would highly recommend this to healing skin.
The texture of this product is extremely strange - a kind of glue that balls up when you rub it and therefore requires patting or 'melting' into the skin. However, it provides an amazing after-moisture barrier to keep your skin extra hydrated without feeling heavy and oily. It's not the easiest product to use but the lack of toxic and unnecessary ingredients is certainly worth it - perfect after the Nutrition Cream and with a spritz of the Mist Toner on top.
Really sticky product
The moisturiser works great!! It is like a shield and keeps all your skincare locked in. Living in Wellington, this works perfect against the strong chilly winds. The only con, is that you have to figure out how to best apply it. Follow the application instructions, but I wouldn't spread it across the face, I tap it across my face. Don't freak out if you feel it ball up, just tap it into the skin and you will feel it dissolve under your finger tips. It does leave your skin tacky but I don't mind. The tacky feeling dies down after awhile, and if you like a tacky primer to attach to your foundation, this works well for that too. If you use it as a night mask, make sure you give the gel time to dry down or you'll be stuck to your pillow. :) My skin is oily on the nose and the area around it. But my cheeks, forehead and chin are dry & itchy.
